Furthermore, the EM Resident Blog and Podcast should not be used in any legal capacity. I do not establish the standard of care in any sense. See above regarding the accuracy of any statements or opinions made on the podcast or blog.
All clinical cases and "patients" presented in the blog and podcast are fictional. No specific individual patient information will ever be provided in the blog or podcast. Any direct similarities to any real person or exam question is purely coincidental and unintentional.
My Inservice and Board Review material is my own. All questions are my own, and have not been directly taken from commercially available board review products. I have not taken any information from the exams directly, and will abide by all ABEM rules regarding the EM Boards, and any posts or comments that violate those rules will be removed from the site.
I do no have any relevant financial disclosures to make. Any mention of drugs or medical products is done only in the setting of clinical and educational discussion, and does not represent my endorsement of those drugs or products.
