You are on your ICU rotation, and admit a patient who was intubated for pneumonia with hypercapnic respiratory failure.  You wind up placing a right sided IJ, and the post procedure CXR is normal with good line placement.  Having just come off of your US rotation, you decide to practice some lung US.  While scanning the right hemithorax, you note the following in the mid anterior chest.  The patient at this point has a normal BP, mild tachycardia that has been improving with treatment, and is oxygenating well.
